GREAT BAY (DCOMM):--- The Honorable Minister of Education, Culture, Youth and Sports Affairs Patricia Lourens – Philip congratulated the St. Maarten Soccer Educational Foundation (SMSEF) at a recent 20th anniversary celebration.
Different school teams received monetary awards from Naf. 250 to Naf. 1000.
The Minister also congratulated parents of the children, the teams and the children who participated.
