PHILIPSBURG:--- Ministry of Public Housing, Environment, Spatial Development and Infrastructure (Ministry VROMI), hereby announces that there will be no through traffic on Back Street from Voges Straat to Dc Steeg Thursday evening October 17 from 8:00pm to 4:00am. This is in connection with sewage system hook-up in this particular area.
