The Prime Minister continues to call for a greater awareness of Breast Cancer in the community. "I encourage all to take part and be made aware of the issues surrounding breast cancer and the need to get regular check ups and tests done early in order to combat this disease. My mother of ninety-two years is alive today because of a breast cancer operation and early detection. Today technology is so much more advanced so it is about getting tested and spreading the message. We cannot prevent breast cancer but we can make sure that those who have are checked and tested and receive the necessary treatment out there," commented the Prime Minister.
