BUSH ROAD:--- On Monday October 21st, 2013 around 8:15pm a police patrol from the Uniformed Department in Philipsburg was dispatched to the Bush Road for a shooting incident. Upon arrival the patrol was met by a lady with the initials M.N.F from Jamaica who informed the police patrol that their was no shooting but that three unknown masked men wearing gloves had broken into her apartment and tied up her partner with the initials D.F with whom she lives.
The lady further explained that the three suspects ill-treated her partner by gun butting him in his head on several occasions while asking him where the money was.
The three suspects after not having received any money then left the scene but not before taking the car keys of the victim.
The Ambulance Department was notified and paramedics arrived shortly afterwards. The victim received medical attention at the scene and was later transported to the SMMC for further observation.
The Detective Department is further investigating this case.
