SIMPSON BAY:--- On Wednesday October 24th, 2013 around 9:45pm, a police patrol from the Uniformed Department at the sub-station in Simpson Bay was dispatched to the Paradise Plaza Casino where supposedly someone had sprayed some kind of gas in the establishment.
Upon arrival of the police they were met by an auxiliary police officer with the initials F.A.C from the Economics Department who explained that while he was conducting an inspection he detected a strange smell and his eyes had began to burn him and so did those of others that were in the establishment.
The Fire Department whom arrived shortly afterwards began to evacuate everyone in the establishment. Two ladies that were visiting the establishment fell sick and had to be treated by members of the Ambulance Department that were also called to the scene.
The Fire Department along with the Police Forensic Department are further investigating this case.
