MARIGOT/GREAT BAY:--- Participants in the 23rd annual Black History Celebration (BHC) quiz will get a chance to win a new car, said Shujah Reiph, president of Conscious Lyrics Foundation (CLF).
The quiz is made up of eight historical and contemporary figures or personalities. The three top quiz winners will qualify for a chance to win a new Hyundai Tucson, said Reiph, organizer of the island-wide BHC month of activities, including the quiz.
A copy of the quiz is available at SOS radio in Marigot; Philipsburg Jubilee Library; and at the Facebook page of Conscious Lyrics Foundation.
To win, each quiz personality photo must be identified by first and last name; and a short biography of no less than 30 words has to be written about the person, said Reiph.

The completed quiz and contact information can also be delivered in a sealed envelope, addressed to Conscious Lyrics Foundation, to the Philipsburg Jubilee Library, C. Voges Street 12 or SOS Radio, 197 rue de Hollande, Marigot – by Friday, February 28, 2014. The first, second, and third prize winners will be announced on Saturday, March 1, live on SOS Radio 95.9 FM, said Reiph.
