PHILIPSBURG:--- The "Sons Of Thunder" cast along with GIFTED Foundation held a youth rally themed "300: No Retreat" on Friday night at the Christian Assemblies Ministries in Grand Case to a gathering of over 150 young people from both sides of the island. This follows on the heel of a two-day school tour where 11 ministers did motivational talks throughout fourteen elementary and secondary schools on Dutch Sint Maarten. Youths were encouraged to stand up for righteousness and God, even if it means doing so without support from the crowd.
The Sons Of Thunder's next stop will be at the Belair Community Centre on Saturday, tonight, May 31st at 6pm for a full concert of Marlin Award winning line-up. This concert is free admission.
On Sunday night, Curtis Jordan will launch his new album "Heaven Speaks" at the Philipsburg Cultural Centre beginning at 6:30pm – another free admission event. The album is being offered with pre-sold tickets for $15 at the Family Bookstore, Vandorp Madame Estate, and GIFTED members.
