World Cup fever hits X104.3.

daveforsytheandeltonrichardsonpromotingsoccerinthepark18062014PHILIPSBURG:--- World Cup Soccer fever is in the air and you can once again be part of it with X104.3 Your Xtreme Party Station, Vitamalt and WTN Cable TV on July 5th and 6th at Emilio Wilson Park.
X104 who recently gave away a huge 50 inch TV along with a complete party to lucky winner Christine Deher has also organized a weekend of soccer action in the Emilio Wilson Park.
This all takes place on the weekend of July 5th & 6th, 2014 from 9 am in the morning until the final match has ended. For those interested in the world cup matches, there will be live TV coverage on large screens provided by WTN Cable TV. Part of the musical entertainment will be provided for by X104 while Prime Distributors will be on hand to provide refreshments.
"It's going to be another fun day in the park" says X104 station director Etienne Brown. This mini tournament has been organized as a way for X104 to give back to the community and promote health by means of exercise and comradery through sports, and of course because we love throwing parties and creating excitement.
At the soccer in the Park weekend parents as well as kids can test their skills with the different games and activities all while having a good time and having the chance to win prizes from Prime Distributors.
The Vitamalt X104 Xtreme Soccer Challenge is a tournament that will feature a 4vs4 player format. Interested teams or players may sign up to represent a country taking part in the world cup, as a first come first serve basis.
