PHILIPSBURG:--- On Monday afternoon the Dutch Caribbean Police Force on Saba, on the instruction of the Public Prosecutor, detained the 60-year old male suspect R.S.B., resident of Saba on the suspicion of theft and theft of cattle. The suspect has been transferred to the Police Station in The Bottom and has been incarcerated. Police is continuing the investigation into the alleged theft.
