WILLEMSTAD, Curacao:--- By decision of 23 January 2015, the Board of Supervision of the Legal Profession in Curaçao (the "Board") declared Fundashon Akshon Sivil (FAS) inadmissible in its complaints against attorney E.R. de Vries, LLM (HBN Law). In doing so, the Board rules that De Vries has refuted the accusations of FAS in a substantiated manner.
Mr. De Vries took note of the decision with satisfaction, by means of which the groundlessness of the complaints and statements of FAS have been confirmed.
