Pointe Blanche:--- The St. Maarten Harbor Group of Companies (SMHGC) is willing to cooperate with the Prosecutors Office by turning over whatever information they would need.
Press Prosecutor Karola Van Nie said in an invited comment that HBN Law informed the prosecution through that the SMHGC is willing to cooperate with whatever information they need since the prosecution started a civil case against SMHGC. Van Nie said the prosecution will make further contact with the law firm in the near future.
