Pond Island:--- Organizers of the upcoming TelCell Breakthrough talent show finals are whipping up excitement for the youth talent event of the year.
With only nine days to go before performers strut their stuff on the Theatre Royale stage in Maho, Breakthrough coordinators are stepping up their own presence on the social media sites to build up momentum and excitement come show time.
The group has already received hundreds of SMS messages from mobile customers voting for their favorite performer, but this week they are asking everyone with a Facebook account to visit the Breakthrough Facebook page and give their support by liking the page.
The Facebook page is filled with information about the contest and the performers themselves.

“The rehearsals are all but over and everyone is ready to do their thing with all the glitz and glamor or Hollywood,” said coordinator, Angel Richardson, who wants to send a strong message to the performers and to our youth generally that the entire island is rooting for them.
