PHILIPSBURG:--- The board of the United St. Maarten (US) party on Friday explained that the screening process for its candidate Minister Cecil Nicholas is still ongoing but nearing completion. As such, the swearing in on Tuesday will proceed without Mr. Nicholas who will be sworn in soon thereafter. Mr. Nicholas will take up responsibilities for the Ministry of TEATT."
