PHILIPSBURG:--- A video circulating on Facebook shows that alleged relief items that were sent to St. Maarten post-hurricane Irma are being sold at Prime Cash & Carry in Cole Bay. A shopper shot the video while in Prime. The video when posted on Facebook created a public outcry as residents that saw the labeled relief items are saying that they do not believe such actions are fair.
