Great Bay:--- Historian Howard Dodson arrived in St. Martin on Friday, to deliver the 20th annual Black History Celebration Lecture on Saturday, February 26 at the University of St. Martin at 8 PM. The theme for the month long celebration is "Documenting the history we make." Dodson is the director of the prestigious Schomburg Center for Research in Black culture in New York City.
