Philipsburg:--- Police are investigating yet another death says Police Spokesman Ricardo Henson. Henson said three men went out fishing on a dingy with a 5 horse power outboard engine offshore the Bel Air area on Sunday. Henson said the sea was rough and the boat in which the three men were in capsized. "One of the three men whose identity is not yet known did not survive." Henson said the police are busy interrogating the two survivors to determine their identity however, the police spokesman described the three men as Rasta looking guys.
