"Unfortunately some unexpected disruptions occurred which affected some Chippie customers in St. Maarten during the morning hours today," says UTS Marketing and Communication Officer, Ivy Lambert. "Our technical team has worked diligently to restore service to those customers that were affected and they have reported full restoration of services."
"Of course we sincerely regret any inconvenience our customers may have experienced and we would like to again apologize" Lambert stated. "If any customers are still experiencing difficulties a reset of the service, by removing and re-inserting the battery of their device should resolve any remaining issues. If that doesn't resolve the problem, our Customer Service agents or Contact Center agents (+1721 5420101) are available to assist with further troubleshooting."
