GREAT BAY (DCOMM):--- On Tuesday July 31, Minister of Education, Culture, Youth Affairs and Sports Hon. Silveria Jacobs celebrated her birthday in the Netherlands.
Minister Jacobs was presented with gifts from the S4 foundation and a Cashew cake from the Minister Plenipotentiary.
Though her schedule was busy she did find the time to cut the cake and celebrate.
