Philipsburg:--- A female employee of Antillean Liquors suffered a head injury by one of two bandits that robbed the store on Wednesday afternoon.
SMN News learnt that two men entered the establishment and one of them was armed with a gun. The armed robber gun-butted the female employee at the back of her head. The police, ambulance, and the Armed Robbery Unit are currently on the scene investigating the latest robbery.
Chief Commissioner of Police Peter de Witte confirmed that Antillean Liquors was robbed Wednesday afternoon and the police are busy investigating. On Tuesday, a jewelry store on Front Street was also robbed by multiple gunmen. SMN News will bring you more information on this robbery as it becomes available.
