The Prime Minister of St. Maarten the Honorable Sarah Wescot-Williams changed into a chef uniform on Saturday and become Honorary Chef and Server at the Top Promotions Foundation Dine at Holland House Event Fundraiser for the disabled. The Prime Minister showed off her culinary skills in preparing various first course dishes for the guests at the event and personally served those who pledged extra to the fundraiser.
The Fundraising event was held in order to raise funds for disabled persons on St. Maarten who might not be able to access some of the possibilities available to them. Some of the projects funds were raised for included sports events for the disabled, making buildings wheelchair accessible and disabled friendly and general information and awareness building campaigns centered on the disabled.
By all accounts the dishes prepared by the Prime Minister were delicious.
