Philipsburg:--- The Windward Islands Bank Ltd. (WIB) was very pleased to provide a donation to assist the Sint Maarten Police Sports Association with the hosting of their annual Police Sports week which is scheduled from October 2nd to October 14th, 2012. Participating delegates will be from Aruba, Bonaire (BES), Curacao, Holland, and Suriname. The week will consist of several sporting events such as softball, basketball, volleyball, billiards, song festival and more. WIB wishes success to all police delegates attending and urges our community to support the Police Sports Week.The donation was made to Mr. Turhan "Pico" Simmons (President SXM PSA) and Mr. Ricardo Henson (Police Spokesman). The cheque was presented by Mr. Kelvin Bloyden (Assistant Managing Director, WIB).
