GREAT BAY (DCOMM):--- Over the weekend Minister of Education, Culture, Youth Affairs and Sports Hon. Silveria Jacobs attended the Upper Princess Quarter Street Fair. It was the first one for the community.
Minister Jacobs, who was a guest, commended the Upper Princess Quarter Community Council Federation for this wonderful initiative to bind the community.
"The street fair is the first event, but it is the people of the community who will determine how successful it will be. Just as you did today, continue to pray together, work together, play together and enjoy good fellowship together," Minister Silveria Jacobs told those gathered for the fair.
