Philipsburg:--- Armed gunmen entered the Happy Star Chinese Restaurant shortly before 8pm Wednesday night and robbed the owners. Police Spokesman Ricardo Henson confirmed that the restaurant located on Cannegieter Street was robbed. Henson said when police reached the area they saw the suspect/suspects escaping in a new Japanese vehicle and police fired warning shots but the culprits still managed to escape the long arms of the law. Up to the press time, the police spokesman said that the area was surrounded by police as they continued to search for the culprits.
