Philipsburg:--- Daniella Jeffry-Pilot, author, historian, and community activist, presented the 2nd edition of her book, "1963 – A Landmark Year in St. Martin", to the Philipsburg Jubilee Library on March 5, 2013. The book chronicles 1963, the eve of tourism development on St. Martin and the evolution from agricultural, rural economy to a commercial, tourist-oriented economy.
