PHILIPSBURG:--- On Saturday May 10th, 2014, a man with the initials M.M. filed a report with the Detective Department stating that between May 8th and 10th, 2014 unknown persons stole two four feet bronze pelican statues from his property in Bryson Drive on the Mount William Hill. The statues resemble those that are placed on the round-a-bout at the Princess Juliana International Airport. Each statue weighs approximately 100 pounds. This investigation is ongoing.
