PHILIPSBURG:--- On Tuesday May 20, 2014, a courtesy visit was paid to the Minister of Justice the Honorable Dennis Richardson by the incoming Commander Hans Lodder as Commander of the Netherlands Forces in the Caribbean and Director of the Coastguard; he was introduced to the Minister by the outgoing General Swijgman.
