G.I.F.T.E.D. presents “Sons of Thunder - SXM Weekend of P.O.W.E.R. 2014” – Artists to do school tour plus free concerts!

Foundation has teamed up with Curtis Jordan Ministries for the second annual event, to present "Sons of Thunder - SXM Weekend of P.O.W.E.R. 2014" from May 30 to June 1, 2014. This is an event packed with the Praises Of Worshipers Empowered to Rule with international recording artistes Curtis Jordan, Positive, Koen Duncan, Rizon, and Keron Ramsey of Trinidad and Tobago, Kevin Smith of Jamaica, and E-Praise of Guyana amongst several other artistes. Sint Maarten is the third of a Caribbean five island tour including Trinidad & Tobago, Anguilla, St. Kitts, and Jamaica. All events are free of charge.
From May 27th to 28th, the Sons Of Thunder will storm through elementary and high schools with motivational speeches for the St. Maarten youth. Schools slated for the visit are St. Maarten Vocational Training School, Milton Peters College, St. Maarten Academy, St. Maarten Academy PSVE, Sundial School, Prins Willem Alexander School, Ruby Labega School, Genevieve DeWeever School, Oranje School, Charles Leopold Bell School, and the Leonard Connor School.
On Friday, May 30th, the Sons of Thunder will host a youth rally dubbed "300 – No Retreat" at the Christian Assemblies Church in Grand Case, French St. Martin at 7pm. All youth and youth groups are invited to come out to this free event.
On Saturday, May 31st, the Sons of Thunder P.O.W.E.R. Concert will be held at the Belair Community Centre starting with a pre-show at 6pm featuring DJs, Joshua "DRJ" Ferrol and Lenworth "DJLJ" Wilson. The main show will begin at 7pm. This power-packed ministry and worship event is at no charge to the patrons. The Sons of Thunder cast has the full line up of Koen Duncan, Rizon, E-Praise, Kevin Smith, Keron Ramsey, Curtis Jordan, and Positive. The event promises to be energizing and electrifying.
The activities close with Curtis Jordan's "Heaven Speaks" album launch on Sunday, June 1st at the Philipsburg Community Cultural Center at 6:30pm. Admission is free. The album can be reserved by purchasing in advance for $15, or pay $20 on the night of the launch. Tickets are available at Van Dorp in Madame Estate and The Family Bookstore in Philipsburg.
