PHILIPSBURG:--- The United People's Party (UP) family board extends its deepest condolences to the Leader of the UP Party Hon. Member of Parliament Theo Heyliger and family, as well as to Debby Zwanikken and family with respect to the passing of their son.
The UP family is now in deep mourning, and joins with the entire Sint Maarten community for strength during this time of bereavement. The over-pouring amount of calls and messages of support during this difficult time of sadness is deeply appreciated. The UP family kindly ask to respect the privacy of the families as they deal with their loss. All UP activities have been suspended until further notice.
