PHILIPSBURG (DCOMM):--- According to the Inspector of Taxes, the date to submit the 2013 Income Tax Return has been extended up to and including the 6th of June 2014.
Taxpayers are reminded that those that are unable to submit their 2013 Income Tax Return by the abovementioned date can submit a request for an extension until the 6th of June 2014.
To download your 2013 Income Tax Return please visit the online services of the Government of St. Maarten http://onlineservices.sintmaartengov.org using your E-login.
How to apply for the E-login and download the income tax form
- Go to http://onlineservices.sintmaartengov.org,
- Put in an E-login request in the upper right hand corner. (The instructions on how to do it are online.)
- After you have received confirmation of your e-login registration, login and download the income tax form. (The instructions on how to do this will also be online.)
It is important to note that the 2013 Income Tax Return cannot be filed online.
Persons who do not have the availability of internet services can pass at the Tax Administration, Vineyard Building or the Public Service Center in Simpson Bay for assistance in obtaining the 2013 Income Tax Return Form.
