GREAT BAY, Sint Maarten (DCOMM) – Ministry of Public Housing, Environment, Spatial Development and Infrastructure (Ministry VROMI), hereby informs the owner of the damaged motor boat Novurania, type Equator, and trailer, located next to Airport road in Simpson Bay, that you are ordered to remove the aforementioned within 48 hours.
The legal basis of the order is based on Article 8 of the General Police Ordinance (AB 2013, GT no. 42).
