PHILIPSBURG:--- Minister of EYS Wycliffe Smith called on parents to spend some quality time with their children even if they do not have a lot of money. He urged parents to explore the island with their children if they are not able to go on expensive vacations. Schools on St. Maarten are closed for the summer vacation until August 13th.
