~New Hospital Groundbreaking Ceremony bogus and false.~
PHILIPSBURG:--- It is reported that INSO Engineering, Constructions, Innovations filed for bankruptcy in Italy. SMN News learned that Minister of Health and labor Emil Lee is fully aware of the developments surrounding the Construction company that he awarded the contract to for the New General Hospital.
On Monday when the Ground Breaking for the New General Hospital was held a representative for INSO was present however, the Minister chose to invite some other contractors to participate in the bogus groundbreaking even though the contractors that showed up for the historic groundbreaking did not have a signed contract to work on the New General Hospital when its constructed.
SMN News further understands that the current situation with INSO has the Minister extremely stressed but he chose to withhold the information from the coalition partners in parliament.
SMN News contacted the law firm that represents INSO locally and they said at the moment they have suspended their services to INSO and cannot comment on anything relating to the company.
It should be noted that INSO submitted the lowest bid for the New General Hospital and while the contract was awarded to them, VAMED the other contracting company that was contracted by SZV filed a lawsuit against SZV after the bidding process. SZV went ahead and settled with VAMED for $1M in order to maintain the contract with INSO.
