PHILIPSBURG:--- Officers from the TBO and RST raided the department of VROMI on Wednesday morning as they continue the probe into the DUMP. The Prosecutors Office is busy with a criminal investigation as they believe the handlers of the DUMP are involved in corruption and bribery.
The TBO team is currently focusing on the involvement of the Buncamper’s since Claudius Buncamper a senior civil servant who is responsible for maintenance at VROMI which also includes the dump while his wife former Minister of Health Maria Buncamper-Molanus is the accountant for Robelto & Sons.
On Tuesday the TBO team began the searches, they searched the home of Robelto Flanders, Miguel Flanders, and Leroy LaPaix while they searched an office on the Landfill.
