PHILIPSBURG:--- The Police Forensic Department has not yet been able to positively identify the person whose decomposing body was found in a shack in the bushes behind the Emergency homes (911 Project) located in Union Farm area.
The body of this still unidentified male victim was located by residents of that area on Saturday, December 1st and as of yet has not yet been identified. The Police Department is asking anyone who is missing a family member or who may be able to identify this person to get in contact with the Detective Department by calling 54-22222 ext. 208/211.
