PHILIPSBURG:--- The Junior Chamber St. Maarten will be hosting a special training for persons between the ages of 18 and 40 years on Thursday, August 28, 2014 at the Philipsburg Jubilee Library from 7:00pm to 8:30 pm.
The theme of the training is "Leadership and Development Preparation for Life."
Opportunities for the individual, as well as community, international, and business opportunities will be explained. Participants will also be guided on Management Skill Development.
The main objective of the event is to teach people how to become better individuals, more responsible citizens, and better leaders by investing in themselves.
The Declaration of Principles are: That faith in God gives meaning and purpose to human life; that the brotherhood of man transcends the sovereignty of nations; that economic justice can be best won by free men and through free enterprise; that government should be of laws rather than of men; that earth's great treasure lies in human personality; and the service to humanity is the best work of life.
