PHILIPSBURG:--- In mid March 2014, Benjamin & Parker (www.b-parker.com), initiated onsite certification sessions for the online course "Efficiency Auditing", a new science to secure corporate workflow effectiveness and corporate financial waste, in association with PCMI under management of Mr. Robert Budike. The course had a particular characteristic as it emphasized the Colombian method of efficiency and risk management applications, after considering its thoroughness and security scrutiny safeguards to contain operation and financial high impact incidents. The standard is very different in comparison to the Dutch or American standards, attributed to the Audit scope depth enhancing Intentional Damage Controls and the use of risk measurement tools to withstand cost evolution in various business operation fields. The certification course was presented by Mr. Terence Jandroep, a Certified Risk Auditor in Colombian High Risk Measurement Auditing and Co-Developer of the B-Parker Efficiency Audit Standard.
The first course using this innovative method produced 2 Certified Efficiency Auditors, Mrs. Maria Buncamper Molanus of Caribbean International Financial Services and Mrs. Lydia Carty of GEBE. The first examination assignment consisted of developing an effective corrective implementation plan to improve the Day Care Center conditions in St. Maarten by editing the governing National Ordinance and producing the remedial actions to comply with international standard levels like UNICEF.
The second group, was assigned the development the Action Plan to improve SXM Medical referrals to Colombia with the target to improve cost control standards, quality management, and development of actions to mitigate unnecessary financial overexposure, which directly compromises the National budget and increases SZV premiums which are disbursed directly to the SXM business community in a later stage.
The research gave a clear view on how to improve Medical Referrals conditions, limit abuse by foreign intermediaries as health providing institutions and the remedial actions implementations to contain unnecessary absorption of local reserves destined for medical treatment. Benjamin & Parker, Experts in Cost Management and Cash Recovery Audits in various fields, trained the SXM professionals on how to address several aspects to improve the entire quality management cycle using risk filtering methods, diminishing financial impact in the SXM National Budget significantly.
