Sources say the owners of the casino have been having problems with its creditors and are not able to meet his payments. When contacted Frans Richardson said it has been about one year now he is not being paid his rent for the property and he had to seek legal means to get his monies. SMN News understands the owner wife already left the island with their daughter while the man may take off leaving behind his debts. It is not clear if the businessman notified his employees and if arrangements are being made for them since they maybe soon of out of work. This media house made several attempts to contact the businessman prior to publishing this article but he could not be reached by phone.
