PHILIPSBURG"---- Representatives from the Sint Maarten Carnival Development Foundation and other emergency services met with representatives from the Police Department in connection with the upcoming Carnival Season 2016. This meeting is the first of several meeting to be held and was mainly to discuss the program and the safety and security issues among the other challenges these services are confronted with on a yearly basis.
