PHILIPSBURG:---The prosecutor on St. Maarten arrested two more persons in the Octopus investigation that involves MP Silvio Matser on Thursday. Spokesman for the Prosecutor’s Office Norman Serphos confirmed that three persons were questioned in the ongoing investigation, of which two was arrested. Serphos refused to say who the two new suspects are and said he will not even give out the initials of the two suspects that were arrested. Currently, there are five suspects in custody MP Silvio Matser, Eddie Fleming, Rogelio Koieman and the two unknown suspects that were questioned on Thursday and were subsequently arrested.
