PHILIPSBURG:--- Minister of Education Silveria Jacobs confirmed that the Inspectorate met with all stakeholders at NIPA including the AVE board, unions, students and staff of the institution. The Minister said she has since received a report from the Inspectorate with recommendations which is already on the action plan.
The Minister called on students and all those that has grievances to follow the procedures in place to file complaints and not run to the media to create negativity or give the institution a bad image.
Minister Jacobs made clear that students or no one has to send a letter to her via the media as everyone knows where and how to reach her.
The Minister said she will not comment on the labor-related issues but guarantees that all stakeholders will send out a joint press release addressing the issues surrounding NIPA.
