PHILIPSBURG:--- The Special Unit Robbery is presently investigating an armed robber by two men which took place on Monday July 2nd on the Arch road. According to the victim she was robbed at gunpoint by two men who stole her bag containing an undisclosed amount of cash and then fled the scene on a scooter in the direction of the A. Th. Illidge Road.
