PHILIPSBURG:--- The House of Parliament will sit in an urgent Plenary Public session on Tuesday, August 13, 2019.
The Public meeting which was adjourned on May 29, 2019, will be reconvened on Tuesday, at 14.00 hrs. in the General Assembly Chamber of the House at Wilhelminastraat #1 in Philipsburg. The Minister of Public Housing, Spatial Planning, Environment, and Infrastructure will be present.
The agenda point is:
The current situation regarding Erfpacht land in St. Maarten, what is currently being collected, what is owed to the government and policies by the Ministry of VROMI to improve all of the above (IS/1032/2018-2019 dated May 21, 2019)
