The Philipsburg Main Office will only be allowing 5 (five) persons into our PAYMENT SECTION (cashier area) for payments and only 5(five) persons will be allowed in the Customer Care Department.
The Simpson Bay Branch Office will only allow 5 (five) persons in the building for payment of bills and customer care transactions.
We understand that this might cause a build up of persons waiting on the outside, however, we take this time to apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. All services at the both branches will still be accessible but with a scale down staff.
We are hereby encouraging you at this time to log onto our website at www.nvgebe.com and register for MyLogin where you will be able to access all of our online services such as:
• Paying your bills online
• Request move ins and move outs
• Talk to our Live Chat Agent
The Dispatch Center will remain open from 7:00Am to 9:00PM until further notice. We may be reached at 1 721 546 1100 / 546 1160 for emergencies. When calling please have your bill on hand at all times with your meter/contract account number. Should our office hours change we will update you via our Facebook page and also via the media.
