Philipsburg:--- A national of the Dominica identified only as S.P., 38 years old is behind bars for the murder of Gaston Gumbs whose body was found in a bush fire in Hope Estate some weeks ago. Chief Prosecutor Hans Mos confirmed on Friday that the suspect was arrested earlier in the month and he is now spending his first eight days in pretrial detention.
Mos did not divulge any further details on the ongoing investigation. Gaston Gumbs was well known St. Maartener who was residing in French Quarter.
