PHILIPSBURG:--- In the night of Saturday April 6th to Sunday April 7th, Fun Miles will upgrade to a new data system. This is a huge step forward for the Caribbean's biggest customer reward program. With advanced new possibilities in the area of mobile and online technology, the system will make Fun Miles even better, safer and more fun. During the night of the upgrade the system will be offline between 10.30PM Saturday until 06.00am Sunday. Fun Miles wants to apologize for possible inconvenience.
STAYING AHEAD OF THE PACK
This year, Fun Miles is celebrating its fifteenth anniversary. From the start, the system has been running on its current computer system, which has long been considered highly advanced, even by global standards. Cardholders could directly save and redeem Fun Miles with their magnetic swipe card, but they could also, for example, request their balance via SMS and Internet. The system has always provided a solid and enjoyable user experience to the many cardholders and partners on different islands. During the last few years, however, technology has leaped forward at a dazzling rate.
