Permanent Committee for Kingdom Affairs Meeting scheduled for Wednesday.

PHILIPSBURG:--- The Permanent Committee of Kingdom Affairs and Inter-parliamentary Relations of the House of Parliament is scheduled to meet November 27 regarding six agenda points related to Kingdom affairs.

The public session is set for Wednesday at 10:00am in the General Assembly Chamber of the House at Wilhelmina Straat #1 in Philipsburg.

The six agenda points are related to the following: Kingdom Treaty concerning the exchange of tax information with Antigua & Barbuda; Kingdom Treaty with the United States of America with regards to technical cooperation in the civil aviation field.

Correspondence exchange between the Kingdom of the Netherlands in connection with Sint Maarten regarding the exchange of tax information with the Republic of Croatia; Kingdom Treaty with the Cape Verde Islands; Kingdom Law on Civil Air Travel; and a treaty related to economic, social and cultural rights.

Members of the public are invited to the House of Parliament to attend parliamentary deliberations.

The House of Parliament is located across from the Court House in Philipsburg.

The parliamentary session will be carried live on St. Maarten Cable TV Channel 120, via Pearl Radio FM 98.1, the audio via the Internet www.pearlfmradio.com, and also via www.sxmparliament.org.
