HIV/AIDS testing in St. Maarten.

I am a little sexual active with one and the same partner for the last 8 years. But I still always use a condom. I did my vasectomy some 20 years ago so I shoot blanks. My partners mother instinct She was 26 at the time, made her look for a man to give her a baby 2 years ago and, of course without telling me, she got pregnant from this man who dropped her right after her belly started swelling. She came crying and needed comfort and of course I took her back, baby and all. She is healthy for sure, goes to the baby clinic French Side, where the baby was born, father unknown, as is the case with half the kids born in the French hospital.
Now because I want to be sure that I am healthy, in case I find a better lover, lol, ha ha, one never knows, I do an HIV/AIDS test once a year at the French free anonymous test center near the Catholic church, where the old hospital is in Marigot.
Just the other day I heard or read something on the Dutch side about AIDS prevention and that everybody should do a test. So I went to the Vineyard building where there is the HIV/AIDS Programme Management Team c/o Sector Health Care Affairs. I stepped inside the empty hall and called out. After several calls a lady came behind the desk and I asked if I could have myself tested for HIV/IDS. Not so, was the answer, she told me to go see my doctor, or, no, she pointed to the building nearer the parking, I should go there to ask. I did walk over and went into the building where two young ladies were doing nothing, just came up to me from other rooms to ask what I wanted. After explaining that I wanted a test they both had no idea where that should be. And the lady who would be able to tell me was not at her desk. When she should be back they had no idea. I took a small flyer that states not to have sex if you want to be safe and if you have questions to call 542-2078, fax 542-9716 or email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
Another same small flyer with the exact same text had phone number 542-2059, fax 542-2936 and email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
WTF is going on here on the Dutch side?
I am going to dig this out to the bottom because it looked like all the three ladies I talked to were completely incompetent and had no idea what they were talking about. First I will send emails to the two addresses, one to suzieq of all names!
I'll keep you posted.

Emails sent to both addresses

Dear,
I write you to ask where I can let myself and others be tested for HIV/AIDS.
I would like to do this anonymous as I was told is done on the French Side.
I speak little French and have problem going to Marigot to find out where that is and I am sure we have such facility on the Dutch side. I am A dutch Sint Maartener after all.
I know several people who would like to get tested, some have no doctors card and some are so shy that they won't want to say their name.
I thank you in advance for a swift reply to this important topic
as it is of the utmost importance for the general health of the public.
With kind regards,
I remain

Captain Zen
