Gathering signature to abide to the motion passed in Parliament.

All citizens of St Maarten must abide to the Motion resolved in our Parliament to inform the ministers and the directors of government owned companies not to make any long term policy or decision of such a nature, that may obstruct the incoming government.
When a director of government owned companies, such as, Mrs Helma Etnel and members of her board of directors, who does not abide to this motion mention in the newspaper on Friday and Saturday, September 20, 2014, we as a citizen are concerned that all in a new country must abide by the laws in St Maarten.
We are gathering signature throughout St Maarten for those directors and board members who signed long term accord after the election and before the new government swore in to step down and if the instruction to sign the accord were given by Minister Mrs Sara Wescot William who is responsible to the shareholder of the government owned company then the Minister should step down.
Mrs. Helma Etnel made recently a mistake by signing an agreement with UTS for partnership without informing first our parliament. Parliament were not happy with such dealing and throw it out. The second mistake Mrs. Etnel did again by signing an accord without informing Parliament. There were plans made with Digicel long before by painting the building of Telcell with Digicel color red.
When hiring directors of government owned companies screening are carried. We wonder if Mrs. Etnel was subjected to our screening.
