More and more people who were and still are being deprived of or not being able to claim their inheritance as well as unacknowledged offspring of various deceased property owners in St. Maarten/Saint-Martin have been approaching me for assistance in getting them the technological and legal work done in order for them to be able to receive their rightful share of their biological parent's estate.
Needless to say, these procedures cost money and many of these offspring can not afford them, and as such, these offspring in most cases suffer mentally and financially as their other, in control of these estates, spouses sisters and or brothers are also sometimes not able to do the necessary to get their estates documented, appraised and divided.
For these reasons, I, who these persons are approaching, hereby appeal to those responsible in government to set up a fund in the amount of around Naf. 2,000,000.00 in its budget in the name of a foundation to be called: National Inheritance Claimants Fund (NICF) to pay for the costs of establishing an office to handle requests for these procedures from individuals or families seeking the necessary financial assistance on a "no cure, no repay" basis to keep the fund liquid.
Because of my 14 years experience in these types of cases, for myself, I am willing and able to offer concrete and effective advise to all requiring my assistance especially when it comes to the part of hiring and dealing with legal advise in these complex matters.
I trust that this open letter will get your immediate attention for this very urgent matter and look forward to a positive response within 2 weeks from the date of this letter.
