To the Public of Saba and St. Eustatius, please be advised that as the BES islands are now governed by the laws and regulations of the Netherlands, Winair has been informed that it does not comply with existing regulations to provide Air Ambulance Services from Saba and St. Eustatius, Winair after meeting with relevant authorities has been informed after 50 years of transporting injured customers for treatment from BES islands that current regulations prohibit Winair from continuing to provide these services. To replace this void a licensed company has been engaged to provide Ambulance services from Saba and St. Eustatius. Our agents in St. Maarten, Saba and St. Eustatius have been advised of this policy change as well as medical care givers in respective Islands. WINAIR Press Release
